Oculus ask for update your billing information with a “verified” PayPal account

We need to verify a few additional details to finalize your shipment. Before we can process your order, we need you to create or connect a “verified” PayPal billing account so we can confirm your shipping address. Please note that we do not support freight forwarding or concierge services and will be unable to provide additional product support for Oculus products once delivered to their original destination, or otherwise in an unsupported country/region.
Please proceed to the Oculus Order History page located at https://shop.oculus.com/history to update your billing information with a “verified” PayPal account. If your billing information has not been updated by May 6th at 11:59pm PDT, we will be required to cancel your Oculus Rift order and we will be unable to restore it.

Oculus想要我用Verified的Paypal来付款，而且Paypal上的地址应该得和Oculus Oder上的一样。不太想麻烦美国朋友，我尝试注册了个Paypal，地址填中国，然后用银联卡Verified了。想改地址时发现地址无法改为美国的。但如果注册Paypal时填的地址是美国，但其实我没有美国的银行卡，这样就无法来Verified了。看来Oculus这一招可以真正限制一些用转运公司来买的人。
